Pairing a valance with a fixed or operable drapery panel creates a decorating punch. These windows use 2″ horizontal wood blinds as the functional window treatment, allowing light and privacy control, while the bell valance and fixed tied back drapery panel give the windows depth and visual interest. The subtle color of the fabric allows the creative design of the valance to stand out. 
To help accentuate the bell shape the valance is trimmed in a warm contrast cording, the cording is also used to trim the drapery tie back.
