A roman valance with stationary panels.
The roman valance is custom made to cover the track of the vertical blinds while the stationary panels are ready made.
The stationary panels were purchased extra long and the excess fabric was cut off and used to make ties for the valance tying in the entire treatment. The mounting board projects out enough to allow the drapery panels to hang freely without interfering with the working of the vertical blinds.
