Two tone petal valance , elegance at it’s finest! Two coordinating fabrics are used to create this stunning window treatment. The petals, trimmed in a coordinating fabric are layered onto a mounting board. Each petal is made individually, then overlapped together on the board. They can be stapled onto the board but in this case they are sewn together then attached to the board with hook and loop tape.
