Drapery panels easily open and close to one side allowing access to the back yard
while the swags adorn the bay window.
Silhouette blinds are hidden behind the swags when not in use allowing for privacy when needed.

These lofty swags are made from a generous 118″ wide sheer fabric. A four inch continental rod is first covered with Styrofoam to add bulk, then a patterned fabric is shirred over it. The swags are then hand pleated and draped over the rod anchored with T-pins to hold it in place.
