Sea shells have grown up and become sophisticated made up into balloon valances. The valance over the kitchen sink was hung at the ceiling maximizing the views and keeping the look clutter free. A matching balloon valance was hung above the kitchen dinette window and the door to the back deck. While these shades do not operate they are very full with many folds to give them a rich, full, custom look.
