One of my favorite window treatments, simple, tailored, uncluttered. Notice the use of a contrast fabric inside the pleats and the 3/8″ binding along the bottom edge. This pleated valance is board mounted with hook and loop tape making it easy for the homeowner to take it down periodically to clean or to easily access the window beneath.
